CovRez 2 Part Coving Resin

CovRez 2 Part Coving Resin

Call for Price

CovRez is a two part polyurethane system which has been developed as a fast setting pourable resin, used to support post-formed coving sections in a variety of applications that demand a hard and resilient cured compound. The non-foaming liquid is self-levelling and fast setting to form a tough encapsulating resin that can fill even the smallest gaps and cures to a solid material with a Shore D hardness of 80.

The cured resin forms a protection against impact damage and environmental hazards, and is widely used as a resin infill system to provide support and strength to post formed coving sections, for example in the production of laboratory / healthcare work surfaces where the resin forms an integral part of the product's ability to resist impact damage which in turn limits microbial growth. CovRez is also particularly suited for post-formed upstands in vanity units and exhibition stands.

It is a low viscosity product allowing for easy mixing at a ratio of 2:1, and is a self-levelling system, which sets solid to encapsulate the surrounding materials. The simple mix ratio allows for easy mixing of correct amounts and therefore reduces wastage. The short cure time of COVREZ means time and labour are saved with assembly processes.
