Soudaseal RV61 is a high quality single component joint sealant with high adhesive strength. It is based on MS-Polymer, chemically neutral and fully elastic.

RV61 is used for structural bonding applications in the caravan and motorhome, car/coach building, marine, train and aerospace industries where structural elastic bonding between metal surfaces, coated surfaces and many plastics is required. It can also be used for connection joints in sheet metal fabrication and sealing of air conditioning units.

Soudaseal RV61 has an excellent adhesion on almost all substrates. Soudaseal RV61 has been tested on the following metal surfaces: steel, AlMgSi1, brass, electrolytic galvanised steel, AlCuMg1, flame galvanised steel, AlMg3 and steel ST1403. Plastics that were tested include: polystyrene, polycarbonate (Makrolon), PVC, ABS, polyamide, PMMA, glasfiber reinforced epoxy and polyester (GRP).
