FD170 from Tuskbond is a self contained adhesive system designed for bond polystyrene.
Suitable for bonding polystyrene insulation materials.
Non-chlorinated (does not contain Dichloromethane)
Fast, easy application.
Very fast drying time.
High solids content.
Low odour.
Long open time.
Bonds a wide variety of substrates.
Heat resistance up to 71°C.
FD170 is particularly suiatble for bonding polystyrene to various substrates including MDF, Chipboard, Plywood and other timber sheet materials. It will also bond to most common building materials such as plasterboard, aluminium, concrete, brickwork and steel.
LIMITATIONS
Not suitable for use on flexible PVC and vinyls due to the risk of plasticiser migration.
