        Tradeseal MS/HG

Description

Tradeseal MS/HG Adhesive / Sealant

Tradeseal MS/HG is a high quality, single component, high strength adhesive.  It is based on MS-Polymer, chemically neutral and fully elastic.  Tradeseal MS/HG is formulated as a High Grab, safe to use, general purpose adhesive for use in many industries.

Characteristics

  • Safe to use - No isocyanates, halogens, acids, alkalis or solvents.
  • Minimal health and safety considerations.
  • High bond strength on nearly all surfaces.
  • Very high grab – most materials will need no support during cure.
  • Highly resistant to all weathers, sea water, etc
  • Excellent adhesion on porous surfaces and most plastics, including PVC and GRP.
  • High performance mechanical properties.
  • Flexible elastic rubber – movement accommodation up to 25%.
  • Straightforward application even in adverse conditions.
  • No bubble formation within sealant (in high temperature and humidity applications).
  • Primerless adhesion (except where capillary water pressure can occur).
  • Very easy to tool and finish.
  • Colour stability and UV resistant – does not yellow.
  • Ecological advantages – free of isocyanates, solvents, halogens and acids.
  • Over-paintable with all water based paints and many other systems.
  • Resistant to many chemicals.
  • No staining of porous materials such as natural stone, granite (for marble please test a small area first)
