Tradelock B406 is a highly advance, low viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive which easily out performs other low viscosity cyanoacrylates for cure speed, final cure strength and the wide range of plastics and elastomers that it will bond.
B406 can bond Nitrile, neoprene and natural rubbers in 1-2 seconds creating a bond stronger than the substrate. Similar strengths and cure speeds can be found with plastics such as ABS, soft PVC, Polyacetal, EPT and EVA.
Slower cure rates (up to 12 seconds) will be found when bonding Viton rubber, Bakelite, polycarbonate and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). Excellent strengths can also be achieved when bonding metals. Tradelock B406 can bond aluminium, steel, copper and brass in under 5 seconds with final cure strengths far above most other low viscosity adhesives.
Tradelock B406 can also be used with Tradelock B757 NRG Primer to give excellent bonds to low surface energy materials such as polypropylene.
