Tradegrip 2404 is a high-grade polychloroprene based sprayable adhesive which combines excellent resistance to creep at high temperatures with good flexibility at very low temperatures. When bonding certain fire retardant HPL composites Tradegrip 2404 meets BS476 Part 7:1997 surface spread of flame requirements. It can also be sprayed on to polystyrene foam without causing cell attack.
Tradegrip 2404 can be used in the HPL and postforming industry for the construction of building and cold store panels; where metal, wood and plastic sheets are laminated to a wide variety of insulation materials to form a composite panel. It is ideal for applications where an instant, permanent bond is required with only roller pressure to consolidate the bond. Tradegrip 2404 can also be used in load bearing structural panels.
