Silfix LMA is a low modulus acetoxy cure silicone sealant which offers good all round performance and durability. Conforming to the requirements of BS 5889 Type B and ISO 11600 G-25LM it is suitable for use in a wide variety of building and industrial applications. A special fungicidal formulation makes it ideal for sealing around baths, showers and other sanitary applications and its overall strength and adhesion make it an excellent choice for sealing aroung PVC-U windows and doors. Fast cure characteristics make it highly suitable for emergency repairs and boarding up.
Excellent adhesion to glass, ceramics, coated metals and coated timber. Goo chemical resistance to dilute acids and alkalis. Excellent UV resistance.
